2010    Bonding: Art of Three Generations: This is a first ever showcase of visual artworks of three generations of the Tan family, to showcase aesthetics and creativity through the generations of this particular artistic family. The exhibition hopes to help raise interests and awareness amongst families in Singapore that there are avenues to build closer family ties through a shared passion.

1990    First Prize & Credit Prize - National Sculpture Design Competition (Sentosa site).

1987    Commissioned to design and construct three main sculptures titled "Cultural Development of Singapore". Placed within the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station in Singapore.

1981    Second Prize - Singapore Innovation in Arts. Jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and Arts, and Singapore International Airlines.

1961    First Prize - Singapore Painting Competition. Organized by Exxon Mobil Corp.
